What does Open Box mean?

• The product was not actually used, or installed, and so is in its original "like-new" condition.
• Our expert team of inspectors has examined and tested the product, checked for any damages, and has fully certified that the item itself is in full working order and like-new quality with all parts intact.
• Open Box items may (or may not) have had their outer box opened by a customer. The box will be re-used or replaced with a generic one.
• Some parts of the original internal packaging might have been opened and, if so, will be replaced or made secure by us.
• All of the necessary parts and pieces are still intact and the product can be fully assembled and installed in full working order.
• The product has to pass our strict quality-assurance testing before being shipped out.
• All Open Box items then receive our extended iron-clad 1-year warranty which ensures the product can be repaired or replaced if it reveals manufacturing faults within the first year of use.
